What do I do? I identify the laws, regulations, and professional standards that affect your business. I analyze your current operations and review the available regulations. In a comprehensive report, I identify potential hazards and risks related to the operation, propose changes to the regulations, prepare missing regulations, and review them on an ongoing basis. I will establish a transparent and orderly register of policies. In the event that legislation affecting the company's activities is drafted (e.g. a bill, etc.), I inform the company of its content and its legal and economic implications for the company's operations.
